How 3 phase loco is assembled?

Audit of following Work Instruction was done in Shop # 19. Report is as follows:-

Assembly of Roof Equipments And Electrical Connections( W 19.048):-

Quality points:-

• Bolt Tightening work in 3-phase locos can be mechanized as it is monotonous and voluminous job.

• Quality of welding in the duct welding of OCU should be monitored.

Assembly Of M/C Room Blower & TM Blower ( WI 19.046)

Quality Cheks:-

• 
  Visual only , the impellor mounting on shaft step as mentioned in WI is no more relevant now as blowers are supplied with mounted impellers only.
